The Columbia Gorge Hustlers lost to the Central Oregon Bucks 18-8 on Wednesday in a game played at Vince Genna stadium in Bend.  The Hustlers, minus a few pitchers on the road tried to make due with a host of mound appearances, but couldn’t get the job done.

    Hustler pitchers included starter Todd McBride, and relievers Justin Brown, Dave Giron and Nate Shaver.  In the eight inning contest the four managed to walk a total of 17 C.O. hitters, 12 of which would eventually score in the contest.

     The loss leaves the Hustlers with  17-21 record on the season with six games left to play.

   All of those are at home, starting with a doubleheader Saturday at Quinton St. Ballpark,versus Lakeridge, beginning at 3:00 p.m.
