It is an easy to use website for students, parents and fans to find scores, standings, directions and personal stats for any high school or high school player in Oregon. During its first four quarters of operation it has gained a reputation as the most complete and up to date high school sports site in the state. Our idea has caught the interest of Oregonians attracting over 45,000 page visitors a month and over 500 emails this spring alone thanking us for providing the information.
Ideal Demographic: Oregonsportscores.org is at the cutting edge of the newest form of communication with a prime demographic; teens 14 – 19, and “baby boom” households with children 14-20. With over 50% of Oregonians connected to the internet with high speed connections consumers are looking to the web for up to the moment information about their favorite activity and we are providing it. In addition, more people are letting their mouse do the walking before they venture out to the real world to purchase. These consumers will visit online sights to help make purchasing decisions.
